With free parking and entry to the event, the next World of Park and Leisure Homes Show will take place next month at the Stoneleigh showground. The trade-only day is Thursday June 6th while the public will also have access from June 7th to 9th.

Two Become One In Multi-Million Pound Merger

Prestige Park & Leisure Homes and Homeseeker Park & Leisure Homes have formally
merged following a refinancing deal.

Two of the UK’s leading names in the leisure lodge and park residential manufacturing industry have formally merged as part of a multi-million refinancing deal.

The restructure of Prestige Park & Leisure Homes and Homeseeker Park & Leisure Homes provides a long-term capital solution that will enable the two businesses to amalgamate.

The major shareholders and senior managers of both businesses have invested into the new company with a £13 million funding injection provided by Praesidian Capital to support growth plans in the rapidly expanding UK leisure market. The merged companies will continue to trade under their separate Prestige and Homeseeker brand names.

Commenting on the transaction, Silvano Geranio, founder shareholder of Prestige Park & Leisure Homes, said: “Prestige and Homeseeker are long-established and high-quality manufacturers supporting both the growing leisure markets and the supply of suitable homes for the ageing population. This investment will help to facilitate and drive our new product development and new market strategy.”

Debbie Foulke, Shareholder and Managing Director of the company, added: “The partnership with Praesidian will allow the two distinct brands to be brought together and will charge the highly experienced
management team with capitalizing on the Company’s future growth potential.”

Show Success

The World of Park & Leisure Homes Show took place at Stoneleigh Park in Warwickshire in June.

The 2016 edition of the World of Park & Leisure Homes Show proved once again to be an unmissable date for the parks industry.

The three-day show at Stoneleigh Park delivered its promise of being the biggest yet, with more than 120 exhibitors and over 50 new lodges and park homes on display.

As in previous years, the trade preview day was an ideal opportunity for park owners, site managers and others working within the industry to visit the show ahead of the general public.

Some of the UK’s biggest manufacturers were in attendance, including Pathfinder, Cambrian, Homeseeker, Lindera, Omar, Pemberton, Tingdene, Sovereign and Lodgikol.

The dates of the 2017 World of Park & Leisure Homes Show have been confirmed and will take place at Stoneleigh Park on June 9 - 11 inclusive.

Showcasing the latest design concepts from some of the UK’s leading manufacturers, the show is a must attend for anyone involved in the holiday park and park home industry.

Gary Self, owner of Evolution Park Homes and Lodges, has seen increased sales since introducing Quick Move Properties’ part exchange scheme.

When Gary Self, owner of Evolution Park Homes and Lodges, was first introduced to Quick Move Properties’ part exchange service, he was nervous about how he would promote the concept to his customers. But just a year later, he says he has seen an upsurge in sales, an increase in traffic to the park and most noticeably a significant rise in the number of sales that go all the way through to completion.

Gary explains: “Using part exchange eliminates the risks and horror stories people hear about; things like sales falling through, buyers pulling out at the last minute, and renegotiations following a bad survey.
