As summer draws to a close, the Holiday Park industry enters its busy show season with a series of exhibitions and trade seminars. Shows cover all aspects of park life from accommodation to outdoor essentials and from hot tubs and swimming pools to catering equipment. With so many dates to pencil into your diaries we bring you a shortlist of the biggest industry shows coming up this autumn and what you can expect from each one…

The Caravan ExtravagaLawnsnza (The Lawns)
Sept 5th – 7th from 10am

September sees the 42nd annual HERCMA (the Hull and East Riding of Yorkshire Caravan Manufacturers’ Association) Caravan Trade Show in Cottingham, near Hull. Major manufacturers will be unveiling their 2018 models to park owners, dealers and distributors from across the UK and to international visitors from other countries. There will be more than 150 holiday homes, lodges and park homes and over 130 touring caravans on display along with many other supplies and service stands.

The trade show is preceded by The Caravan Extravaganza where there is a fun and friendly atmosphere, where parks and dealers and accessory stalls along with bands and other entertainment are present. www.hercmatradeshows.com

 

BodyPower Fitness Trade Show 2017

LandscapeThe Landscape Show 2017

The award winning, multi-media supported industry trade show, Landscape, returns to Battersea Park for two days. The Landscape Show promotes the latest products, technologies and innovations to the very best Garden Designers, Landscape Architects, Contractors, Groundsmen, Facilities Managers and Local Authority Landscaping Professionals from across the UK and beyond.

The show is supported by over 40 different media titles and trade associations. Landscape also hosts a free to attend, industry leading seminar programme which addresses a diverse range of topics integral to the industry. HERCMA’s Southern Trade Show takes place at Beaulieu and is set in the grounds of the National Motor Museum in the New Forest. More manufacturers will be exhibiting their brand new models although there are no tourers at Beaulieu. Following the trade day there are three days where the public are invited to see the new seasons’ models and meet representatives from parks and dealers in the hope of purchasing their next holiday home or lodge. 2016 CARAVAN EXTRAVAGANZA WEEKEND

The annual Caravan Extravaganza Weekend at The Lawns in Cottingham, run by the Hull and East Riding of Yorkshire Caravan Manufacturers’ Association (HERCMA), is one of Britain’s biggest caravan exhibitions in the UK and is the first place where members of the public can view the new season’s models. More than 22,000 visitors from all across the UK are expected to attend the two-day event in the University of Hull’s grounds. In addition to more than 140 touring caravans, 160 caravan holiday homes, lodges and park homes, close to 50 other companies will display products and feature services ranging from awnings to decking, verandahs and motor movers.
