Glamping Adventures
Chessington World of Adventures has dipped in to the glamping market with the launch of its brand new Explorer Glamping site.
Situated next to the Wild Asia section, the camp consists of 31 bespoke kaki Bell tents and four safari-style Amboseli tents, all supplied by glamping equipment specialists Boldscan.
The new glamping site at Chessington follows the success of a similar site at Warwick Castle by owners Merlin Entertainment, which opened last season.
The Explorer tents at Chessington come fitted with wooden flooring and electricity, a double bed and two singles as standard. The four premium tents have a king-size bed and a separate second sleeping area with three single beds and additional living space.
A hot buffet breakfast at the Explorer Outpost restaurant is included in the stay and Fastrack passes for the theme park are also included in the package.
