Port Werburgh is an exclusive new residential development with views over Port Werburgh Marina and the River Medway in Kent. The development is particularly interesting as it demonstrates a unique collaboration between the park owners and the Omar Group.

Since the project’s sales launch in February 2016, to May 2016, ten of the planned 60 luxury two to four bedroom homes have already been reserved with an average cost of £250,000 (turnkey price). With central London just 33 miles away and a stunning marina location, the development is particularly attractive to its intended over 50s market and the number of plots reserved has already outstripped sales targets.

Working closely with the owners, Omar Park Development Services (OPDS) has advised on the site development phase, planning, site infrastructure, the overall park layout and the appointment of contractors. Through an exclusivity agreement, Omar Group will also supply all 60 homes, as well as marketing and helping to sell them.

Richard Sigsworth, Special Projects Director of OPDS describes the working project as a ‘win, win situation all round’ for both parties. “Due to time pressures from other business commitments, the owners called upon the expert advice and services of OPDS to advise on the planning and development of this all-new park home development,” he said.
